How can I reserve a kitten?

If you wish to purchase one of our kittens, you must reserve first. The reservation can be made from the 21st day of life. It is usually a part of the total, depending on the value of the kitten.
The amount of the reservation is part of the total payment of the kitten and is NOT refundable in the event that the client cannot continue with the adoption process, unless in some fortuitous case Cruz Rehren Cattery cannot do  the delivery for its own reasons.
The payment of the reservation is a word commitment that implies that, on the day of delivery agreed with the client, the kitten will be paid in full and taken to its future home. Likewise, such commitment is stipulated in a purchase-sale contract that you must read before proceeding with the reservation.
 

Payment and delivery

The remaining payment is made when the kitten is delivered to the new owners. The delivery is made in the city of Chillán or a possible transport to the city of Santiago can be arranged, with additional charge and according to availability.
